THEMES...2010 Fun with our Colors Week!! (June 7th--June 11th) This will be a week of welcoming summer. We will be exploring the wonderful world of colors. We will have a color of the day, we will make the most wonderful colorful art projects and we will even be making a surprise on Friday!! World Safari!! (June 14th - June 18th) (Closed July 5th) Come on a “World Safari” as we travel to the jungle, under the sea, the desert, the beach and even the Rain Forest.  Put on your seatbelts and lets go!! Gardening Week!! (June 21st - June 25th) Flowers, fruits, vegetables, even weeds!!  We will learn how to plant them, how to take care of them and  why they are so important to our world around us!! Proud to be an American!! (June 28th - July 2nd) This week will be devoted to learning all about the USA, and what makes us so lucky to be American.  We will even be learning the “Pledge of Allegiance” by the end of the week.  GO USA!!! Bugs, Insects, & Flyers!! (July 6th - July 9th) We will be exploring the world of bugs.  We will learn how they walk, eat, fly, and live in our world.  We will also learn why these amazing creatures are so important to our world. Wacky Week!! (July 13th - July 17th) Put on your favorite crazy thinking hat and lets go!!  This will be a week of crazy, backwards, zainy fun.  We will have lots of games, art & out door craziness!!  Don’t miss this one!! Books, Books, Books!! (July 19th - July 23rd) This week we will be bringing some of our favorite books to life!!  “Chicka Chicka Boom Boom”, “Very Hungry Caterpillar”, “Green Eggs & Ham”, and more!!  Wear your pajamas on Friday, we will be having pancakes in honor of our all time favorite “The Runaway Pancake!!” Splish, Splash the wonderful World of Water!! (July 26th - July 30th) This will be a week of just enjoying summer.  We will be exploring the wonderful world of water with our hands, feet and all five senses.  We will pour, measure, splash, spray, cook, create rivers and lakes and have lots of fun in the Sun!!  Don’t forget your bathing suit!!!! Science--Gross Gooey Fun!! (August 2nd - August 6th) Have you ever wondered how to build a rocket or how to make slime?? Have you ever wondered how to build a rocket or how to make slime?? Let’s explore the wacky world of science!! Get Ready For School!! (August 9th - August 11th) (Closed August 12th & 13th) This will be a week when we will be talking and learning about all the fun we will have in preschool or kindergarten.  The kids will get to be teachers and help make assignments for their peers!
